About
The fluidity of blue, as it transitions between many moods to lend colour to form, furniture, clothing, the feeling of a gloomy Monday, and even a state of mind – has been the cause of much conjecture. In a photoshoot for Architectural Digest, Kshitiji Kankari’s styling seeks to shape the colour blue.
With the blue city of Jodhpur serving as the obvious inspiration, and the backdrop against which the story is set, Kshitij drew upon Yves Klein’s blue body of work and the dramatic aesthetic of impersonator (behrupiyas) to style this shoot.
